Kitchen Remodeling

Everyone says, “The kitchen is the heart of the home,” but is your kitchen the kitchen of your dreams? A kitchen renovation is an investment in your home. It is also, and maybe more importantly, an investment in the lives you and your family experience together. No matter your kitchen needs, Tico Home Remodeling is here to guide you through the process of achieving your goals

Kitchens can be updated in numerous ways. Simply updating counter-tops and/or fresh paint on your cabinets can make a difference in the look and feel of the space. Simple changes as in removing fur downs, changing lighting, updating appliances, or a new backsplash are all great ideas too. Custom cabinetry can improve the functionality of your kitchen, by adding and organizing your storage needs.

Maybe your goals are a little more in depth and would include using your existing walls, windows, and doors but starting over with everything else new. Starting over, down to the studs, will allow us to customize your kitchen and make it truly yours. You might be surprised how much can be done without moving walls.

Or if you need a new layout and redesigned space, Tico Home Remodeling will provide scaled plans, 3D renderings, and personalized interior design services to make any photo you’ve saved, from the web, become your reality.

Ultimately remodeling your kitchen will come down to wants and needs. Tico Home Remodeling can help you balance both. Give us a call, to set an appointment for a free consultation, or for financing options. From start to finish Tico Home Remodeling can handle all your bathroom remodeling needs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Frequently Asked Questions:

Answer: Excellent question. Kitchen remodels can vary widely in cost. In older, homes with separated mediums sized kitchen, a complete remodel could cost between $10,000 and $20,000. A more modern, larger open concept, kitchen remodel would cost between $30,000 and $40,000. And remember, with Kitchens Especially, price will be affected by the cost of material selections.

What is better for me? Custom, built on-site or manufactured cabinets.

Answer: This answer is simple. There are only two things to consider, Space and Design. We can offer a solid wood and pre-finished cabinet in a variety of styles and finishes. These cabinets are less expensive but come in standard sizes only. If we want a more custom look or need specialty sized cabinets we can build any style cabinet, painted or stained.

Can I live in my home during the construction?

Answer: It is totally up to you. Obviously, you won’t be able to prepare meals for a while. But Tico Home Remodeling will take extra care to protect your flooring and close off the kitchen space with plastic. There will be dust during the first half of the project. During this period, it is recommended that you change your air filters regularly.
