1.How much should I budget for my project?

Each project is different and the final cost depends on many factors. Your Sales/Design Consultant will help you understand each cost associated with every detail of your project and identify the best options for you.

2.How long will it take to begin my project?

Once a sign contract and project deposit is received, we give the homeowner 3-4 weeks to get ready. During this time, your Sales/Design Consultant will schedule selection appointments, drawings are completed, purchasing department gets all items needed for your project, and this is the time for you to get the area of work ready (empty). When a homeowner has everything ready to go, we can usually get started within a week or two depending on the project.

3.Who will manage my project?

We assign a Project Manager to every project. Your PM will be present in every phase of your remodel to ensure your project is running as planned, smoothly, and on time. The Project Manager will be in a permanent communication with you and your Sales/Design Consultant through a group chat, phone calls, and/or emails.

4.Can I live in my house during renovation?

It is totally up to you. There will be many construction inconveniences, but we do our best to set up a plan to give you as easy of access to your day-to-day. Our team takes great measures to enclose work area and protect the surroundings to minimize disturbance throughout the rest of your house. Pro Tip: During this period, it is recommended to change your air filters regularly.

5.If I am remodeling a kitchen, what kind of cabinets are better for me?

There are two things to consider: space and design. When it comes to our labor and products, great quality is a given. Your Sales/Design consultant will be able to show you our pre-finished cabinetry. These are solid wood cabinets available in a variety of profiles and colors. Pre-finished cabinets are the least expensive option and they come in many standard sizes. If you want a more custom look or need specialty sized cabinets, we can custom build any style cabinet for you in either paint or stain grade.

FAQs

During a kitchen remodel, floors, furniture, and walkways get covered with protective materials like plastic and drop cloths to prevent dust and damage. Walk-off mats and dust barriers help contain debris to just the work area. The work area is cleaned up every day, trash is removed regularly, and tools are organized to keep things tidy and safe as the work goes on. Extra attention is given to sealing off the rest of the house so the mess from sanding and cutting stays where it’s supposed to. This way, disruption to your daily life is kept to a minimum and your home is well protected.

Financing options are available for kitchen remodeling projects, which can make it easier to manage your budget and get the updates you want. During your free consultation, payment plans and financing details can be discussed to find what works best for your needs. This way, you don’t have to delay your kitchen remodel if you prefer to spread out the cost over time.

As a general contractor, all parts of the remodeling process are coordinated, including handling permits when needed and making sure plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is done by licensed professionals. This means homeowners don’t have to worry about dealing with different trades or city paperwork. Everything is managed and scheduled so the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

There are bathroom remodeling options for every style and budget. Whether you just want to update a small powder room with new fixtures and paint or you’re looking to turn your master bathroom into a high-end retreat, options can include modern tubs, steam showers, custom-built cabinetry, new countertops, tile, and more. Projects can be as simple or as detailed as you like, with design guidance to help pick everything that fits your vision and needs.

A general contractor can handle a room addition from start to finish, including planning, design, permitting, and construction. The process usually starts with design consultations to figure out your layout and needs, then the contractor helps create floor plans or 3D renderings. After the design is set, they’ll handle the permit paperwork and all the on-site work—demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and finishing. You have one main point of contact for the whole project, which keeps everything organized and less stressful.

Kitchen remodeling projects can include everything from updating the layout and moving walls to installing custom cabinetry and modern lighting. New backsplashes, countertops, and fixtures can all be redesigned based on your needs. You can work with a design consultant to create a layout that fits your style and daily routine, and get help picking materials and finishes that look great and last. Every detail—from detailed plans to the final touches—is handled by dedicated teams who guide you through the whole process.

Water damage restoration and repairs are part of our services as a general contractor. If your home has water damage from things like flooding, burst pipes, or roof leaks, we can handle repairs such as replacing floors, repairing drywall, repainting, and fixing any water-related damage. We take care of the cleanup, assess the damage, and restore affected areas so your home looks and feels like new.

A general contractor can guide you through both the design and construction phases of a whole-home remodel. This means you work with the same team to make detailed floor plans, see 3D renderings of your ideas, and choose finishes before any construction begins. After you approve the design, that contractor will then handle all the actual building work—like demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, installation, and the finishing touches—making the process smoother and more organized since you don’t have to juggle separate designers and builders.

During your free consultation, you’ll get a clear timeline for your bathroom remodeling project along with a detailed cost breakdown. The team goes over your goals, the layout, and materials you’re interested in, then puts together an estimate that shows where your money is going. You’ll know how long the project should take, what each phase involves, and what to expect in terms of payment schedule. This helps you plan your remodel with no surprises and supports good communication from start to finish.
