Tico Home Remodeling (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All remodeling services are subject to a signed written Construction Agreement.

Estimates & Visualizations

• Non-Binding Estimates: Online or verbal estimates are preliminary and non-binding.
• 3D Renderings: Visualizations and 3D renderings are for conceptual purposes only. They are intended to help you see the "vision" and may not be 100% exact representations of final materials, lighting, or finishes.
• Final Pricing: Final project costs are determined only after a detailed in-home consultation and a signed written contract.

Licensed Professionals

All specialized work, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, is performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with Texas state regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, 3D renderings, logos, and designs—is the property of Tico Home Remodeling and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tico Home Remodeling is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, website downtime, or decisions made solely based on website content without a professional consultation. Use of this website is at your own risk.

SMS and Communications

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP” we will confirm your unsubscribed status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
