1. How much should I budget for my project?

Each project is different and the final cost depends on many factors. Your Sales/Design Consultant will help you understand each cost associated with every detail of your project and identify the best options for you.

2. How long will it take to begin my project?

Once a sign contract and project deposit is received, we give the homeowner 3-4 weeks to get ready. During this time, your Sales/Design Consultant will schedule selection appointments, drawings are completed, purchasing department gets all items needed for your project, and this is the time for you to get the area of work ready (empty). When a homeowner has everything ready to go, we can usually get started within a week or two depending on the project.

3. Who will manage my project?

We assign a Project Manager to every project. Your PM will be present in every phase of your remodel to ensure your project is running as planned, smoothly, and on time. The Project Manager will be in a permanent communication with you and your Sales/Design Consultant through a group chat, phone calls, and/or emails.

4. Can I live in my house during renovation?

It is totally up to you. There will be many construction inconveniences, but we do our best to set up a plan to give you as easy of access to your day-to-day. Our team takes great measures to enclose work area and protect the surroundings to minimize disturbance throughout the rest of your house. Pro Tip: During this period, it is recommended to change your air filters regularly.

5. If I am remodeling a kitchen, what kind of cabinets are better for me?

There are two things to consider: space and design. When it comes to our labor and products, great quality is a given. Your Sales/Design consultant will be able to show you our pre-finished cabinetry. These are solid wood cabinets available in a variety of profiles and colors. Pre-finished cabinets are the least expensive option and they come in many standard sizes. If you want a more custom look or need specialty sized cabinets, we can custom build any style cabinet for you in either paint or stain grade.
