Where It Started

Gustavo Matarrita began working with his hands, specifically with tile, at a very young age. After moving from New Jersey to Houston he made his living as a subcontractor for various Houston Remodeling Entities. Beginning as a tile installer “Gus” worked on small and large projects alike. He spent time learning other trades such as framing, drywall, siding, brick, and wood flooring. Over the next 15 years Gus built a network of loyal sub-contractors that have become more like family. He also built a loyal team dedicated to one common goal. To have fun working with home owners to improve their quality of life.
